A device for use in connection with tapping off fluid from or filling fluid into a container through an internally threaded tapping or filling hole in the container provided with an externally threaded generally cup-shaped plug having an outwardly open cavity in which a tool may be inserted for rotating the plug. The device comprises a bell-like housing and a tool for manually operating the plug from a position outside the housing. The tool comprises a shaft which extends slidably and rotatably through a portion of the housing opposite to the open end of the housing and which is provided with a handle at its outer end and with a plug holding and operating means at its inner end. The latter means includes an expansion mechanism adapted to be expanded into contact under pressure with portions of the side wall of the cavity of the plug upon insertion of the plug holding and operating mechanism into the cavity.

The invention relates to the food industry. A device for filling or draining liquids from a container is known, comprising a housing with a branch pipe, a device for fastening it to the container neck and a key for unscrewing the stopper, including a vertical shaft mounted in the housing cover with rotatable and reciprocating movement, on the upper end of which a device is fixed to rotate it manually, and at the bottom - a device for holding the plug p. However, the known device does not provide reliable operation. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of operation. This goal is achieved by the fact that the device for holding the pro- cess is equipped with Lukhanizm for fixing the key on the side surface of the plug. Moreover, the mechanism for fixing the key is self-actuating. FIG. 1 shows a device for filling or draining liquids from a container, installed above the outlet of a barrel-shaped container; in fig. 2 is the same exploded state in FIG. 3 — device for holding the plug, cut; in fig. 4 - modified device, cut. A device for filling or draining liquids from a container comprises an open end housing 1 for connecting via a locking device 2 to a flange 3 and adapted to be installed above the outlet and inlet 4 in the tank 5, a wrench 6 for unscrewing the stopper 7 with which the stopper can be held and rise from the opening 4 into the housing 1 to ensure the free passage of fluid from the outlet opening 4 to the nozzle 8. At its upper end, the housing 1 is closed by a circular slotted cover 9 with a central opening 10 through which A swarm passes a vertical shaft 11 mounted with the possibility of rotational movement. At the upper end of the vertical shaft 11, a fixture 12 is fixed for manually turning it, including a handle 13, made in the form of a flywheel, and a screw 14. At the lower end of the shaft 11, a fixture for holding the plug, including a crossbar 15 with slightly rounded ends 16 and profiled in such a way as to enter without a gap into the open from above cavity of a bowl-shaped cork 7, a mechanism for fixing a key on the side surface of the cork, which is self-actuating and includes those located in the opening 17 of the crossbar 1 5 two sliding pins 18 and each of which has an outer cylindrical part 20 and 21 and an inner elongated head 22 and 23 with a rounded annular surface around the cylindrical parts 20 and 21, springs 24 and 25 of compression are provided, acting on the studs and the inner annular surface of the hollow screw plugs 26 and 27. The conical lower end portion 28 of the control rod 29 contacts the inner rounded end surfaces of the two pin heads. The rod 29 is spring-loaded in the upper direction of the compression spring 30 acting between the elongated head 31 at the upper end of the rod and the collar 32 formed by the annular surface of the channel 3 of large diameter provided in the upper part of the shaft 11 of the key b. Go through the rest of shaft 11. a longitudinal bore hole 34 of smaller diameter in which the shaft 29 slides. At its upper end, the wider hole 34 has an internal thread 35 for inserting a threaded shank 36 of a screw 14 in it. Shaft 11 has a square end 37 at its upper end for installing a handle 13. The locking device 2 includes two cams 38 and 39 with protrusions 40. The cams are pivotally attached to each other and to body 1 by means of a pin 41 attached to outer protrusion 42 on body 1 near its lower end. At their opposite ends in relation to the pin 41, the cams 38 and 39 are connected to each other on a movable fit by means of a tensioning device 43, which contains a lever 44, which on one side is movably attached to the cam 39 by means of a pivot pin 45, while the other end forms a hand grip. The link 46 is connected at one end to the cam 38 by means of the gate finger 47, and the other end of the landing rotation is connected to the lever 44 by means of the rotary finger 4 Near the lower end of the housing 1 there are a number of slit-like openings 49 designed to be placed in the teeth of the protrusions 40 for engaging under edge of the flange 3. The device works in the following way. When the liquid is released from the tank 5, the case 1 with its open end is installed above the outlet 4 and fixed to the flange 3 by means of a tension device 43. Then the key 6 is moved in the direction of the stopper 7 until the crossbar 15 reaches the bottom of the open cavity in a traffic jam. Using the handle 13, the key 6 is turned counterclockwise until the key crossbar comes into contact between the shoulders formed by the projections 50. Then manually turn the screw 14 to press the rod 29 downwards until the pins 18 and 19 come into contact with the side walls of the cavity in the plug 7. Then the handle 13 can be further rotated in the counterclockwise direction to unscrew the plug 7 from the hole 4, after which the plug can be removed from the hole using a wrench 6 to ensure free passage of liquid Spins from the outlet 4 to the nozzle 8. When the plug 7 is to be re-inserted into the hole 4, it is brought into contact with the top face of this hole using the handle 13, which should then be turned in a clockwise direction to screw the plug. The pins can be retracted using a screw 14 to release the plug after it has been partially screwed into the hole 4. In a modified version (Fig. 4), the rod 29 has an elongated protrusion 51 at the upper end of the shaft 11 with a left-hand thread on the upper end portion 52, on which the handle 13 is mounted with an appropriately cut central hole 53. A set screw 54 is partially screwed into the hole 53. The lower end of the surface of the cut pin 55 of the screw 54 is designed to work with the end surface of the protrusion 51 rod 29. On the underside of the handle 13, there is a protruding circular flange 56 in which there is a spring Schsib 57 for mounting in a circular groove 58 on the shaft 11 of the key 6. In this case, the key works as follows. When, after installing the key crossbar 15, the handle 13 is turned in the counterclockwise direction into the cavity of the plug, it will be screwed down onto the shaft part 52, thanks to which the screw 54 is brought into contact with the protrusion 51, pressing the rod 29 downward to extend the pin retaining pins 18 and 19 with their introduction into contact under pressure with the side wall of the cavity. After a limited rotation of the handle, the facet 57 contacts the bottom wall of the surface of the groove 58 and prevents further rotation of the handle with respect to the shaft. The required pressure between the pin and the stopper is set with the screw 54.
As a result of this constructive implementation, the reliability of the device is improved.
